Confirming Availability

If you have “CFA” (Call for Availability) turned on in your activity settings you are requesting that your resellers contact you to confirm availability before booking your activity. There may be times when they book your activity without getting a confirmation from you over the phone (ex. bookings made through their website.)

In those instances a red “CFA” button will show up next to the activity on your fulfillment page and if you've opted to receive email notifications when a booking is pending confirmation you will receive an email notification. Click here to learn more about email notifications.

If you would like to accept the booking and confirm availability follow the steps below.

1. Click on the red “CFA” button

2.Click on the "Save Activity" button. 

3. If there is no limit your activity's availability and would prefer that your guests complete their bookings without confirmation, you have a couple of options available. You can call your reseller and let them know that you do not have availability or you can leave a note in the Smart Log for the reseller to see. Note: Your reseller will not get an email notification or any alert when you leave them a message but they will see your note if they open the Smart Log for this Sale ID.
