1. To create Accounts Receivable reports, Manifest reports, or etc., click on "Reports" from the dashboard.

 

 

2. Select the report type you want to generate and the date range you want to generate the report for and click on "Generate Report."

 

 

*Note - You can also generate more specific reports that account for a particular activity and activity start time by clicking on the word “Advanced” to expand the report filters as seen below.

 

 

3. Click on "Export to CSV" to download a spreadsheet of the generated report.

 

 

4. The different report types you can generate are:

 

Monthly Accounts Receivable- The "Monthly Accounts Receivable" report is a summary of the net due to you the vendor for each individual booking and the date payable (based on the date the activity was fulfilled.) By default the date range of this report is set to the previous month. To adjust the date range select a date from within the "From" and "To" fields.

 

Sales Metrics (by sale date)-  This report is organized by the actual date that a booking is made. It offers valuable information regarding how far in advance of the activity start time a sale was booked, who booked it, along with when, where, and how it was sold.

 

Sales Metrics (by activity date)- These metrics will provide all the information found in the Sales Metrics (by sale date), but it is organized by the start date of your activities that have been sold.

 

Sales Metrics (by agency)- This sales report shows totals for the number of tickets(PAX) sold, the gross “Ticket Total”, and “Net Due” organized by your various resellers.

 

Sales Metrics (by activity)- This report is organized by the activities that you offer, and shows totals for the number of tickets(PAX) sold, the gross “Ticket Total”, and “Net Due” for each activity offered.

 

Sales Metrics (by agent)- This report allows you to see the number of tickets(PAX) sold by each “Agent”, what reseller they work for, as well as their sales totals.

 

Sales Metrics (by POS location)- This report provides information about how productive different POS Locations selling your activities are.

 

Daily Sales Activity- The "Daily Sales Activity" is a summary of bookings you've received. This report includes additional guest information and a breakdown of the fees and options included in the gross price. By default the date range of this report is set to the previous month. To adjust the date range select a date from within the "From" and "To" fields.

 

Booking Manifest (by sale date)- The "Booking Manifest" is a summary of bookings made for your activities but includes guest name and contact information. By default the date range of this report is set to the previous day. To adjust the date range select a date from within the "From" and "To" fields.

 

Arrival Manifest (by activity date)- The "Arrival Manifest" is a summary of bookings made for your activities but includes guest name and contact information. By default the date range of this report is set to today's date. To adjust the date range select a date from within the "From" and "To" fields.

 

Transportation Manifest (by activity date)- The “Transportation Manifest” creates a detailed list of tickets sold that have a transportation option selected. This is organized by the date of the activity chosen.
