Inviting Collaborators from Outside of Your Company

From time to time it may be helpful to invite one of your resellers to collaborate with you within your ActivityRez account. To do this, you would need to create a new user log in specifically for your reseller to be able to access and manage your account.

The following steps should help you through this process:

From your Dashboard, click on "Account Management" located on the left panel.



Then click on "Users" to visit your Users page.



From here, you can select the access level of your reseller and send out an invite to their email address through the fields highlighted above. *Note: Be careful to select the correct user level for the collaborator. Depending on the user level you give them they will also have access to your Billing settings, Users settings, and Rate Sheet settings which you submit to other resellers.



Your reseller will then receive the invite link through email. Clicking on the link will accept the invite and will automatically log them into your account.

Here is a breakdown of the different roles that determine the access levels which can be set for your resellers:

Administrator - Manages all aspects of your company’s account and has access to all sections of ActivityRez.

Affiliate - An Affiliate is allowed to make commissionable purchases through your company’s website, but cannot access anything else inside ActivityRez aside from their account details.

Agent - Has access to assigned Points of Sale in order to process sales, but cannot access the administrative section of ActivityRez except for their account details.

Content Editor - Can edit the information and setup of your company’s activities, but cannot access the any of the management related sections of the administrative section. The Content Editor role does not have access to makes sales via the ActivityRez Point of Sale.

Fulfillment - This user has access to the “Reports” and “Operations” sections of ActivityRez required to successfully check in your guest’s. They can also edit and make sales from within the Point of Sale, but do not have access to the managerial or activity related sections of the administrative interface.

Manager ​- The Manager role has permissions to use and edit every part of you ActivityRez account with the exception of your company's "Users" and "Billing"
